Richard Maybury says it best -- "Can you name one person in all the thousands of years of human history who rose to the top in politics by being honest?" As one political scandal dies down, don't be surprised when another pops up.
The bad medicals news is the US national debt would now be at a stout $17.3 trillion. The senate vote was 50-49 in favor of the increased debt ceiling. That means about half of our elected officials in Washington, D.C. actually don't know how many zero's are in a trillion. And there are 17.3 to account for. A government default has been avoided....for now. For years our elected politicians have proved they have no idea how to balance a budget. Of course if you have someone's else's money to budget with, it really doesn't matter if it balances or not. What is going to change moving forward in the hearts, minds, and souls of our government officials that will allow the start of debt reduction?
Now you may be wondering why people who buy no medical life insurance are among the riskiest customers around? The reason this tends to be true is that people who are already in good or OK health will usually go to the trouble of getting a medical exam when they medicals fake life insurance because they know the rates will be lower.
I don't really remember how it began, but I took a razor medicals bad and fake started slashing at my wrists. My intention wasn't suicide, but if I had hit an artery, I wouldn't have minded. My therapist referred to this action as a "dance with death." He said it was a first step towards suicide.
Prepare yourself for what comes next. It may be more testing. It may be treatment. It may be both. It may be neither. The last is the hardest to bear, I think. Many people become inconsolably anxious once their treatment stops because at that point all they have left to do is wait for a relapse.
Low carbs, processed food, low calories, sugar substitutes, Hollywood diets and countless others just do not work. The reason why they don't is because they are not focusing on the real factors of weight gain and instead of helping the body to adapt more naturally to food and process it like nature intended to, they go deeper into the problem. The result of this is a fake fat loss that will last only for so long before the body fights back. The end result is that not only you will gain everything back but in some cases even more than you had started with.
Additionally, many employers do not respect the idea of "life-work balance". This concept extols the virtues of having a healthy balance between personal life and work. Personal life comprises anything that defines who you are and what you believe in. Personal life includes your family, friends, hobbies and religious beliefs. There should be a good balance between your involvement with these components of your life and your work life. Too much work can be a definite stress. Conversely, not enough work and stress builds because of financial concerns. Most people have accepted the fact that stress is a natural part of life and unfortunately it cannot be eliminated completely. However, stress can be managed successfully with regular exercise, taking the time to laugh at life and a healthy diet.
This might come to you as a bit of a shock and it is very obvious without me even having to sell you this idea, but you will actually make money by improving your health. So it truly pays to be healthy.
